About the role

This fully remote position supports a global organization by leading video interviews and role‑playing assessments for candidates across a variety of positions. You will act as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a professional and engaging experience while evaluating fit against defined competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews daily, creating a positive candidate experience.
• Lead structured role‑playing calls and practical assessments to gauge real‑time communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep‑dive into each open role to understand required skills, experience, and behavioral traits.
• Assess candidates for professionalism, growth mindset, interpersonal skills, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain detailed interview notes, evaluations, and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate assessment, preferably in a fast‑paced or remote setting.
• Confident on‑camera presence and comfort conducting frequent video interviews.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple interviews simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment, with consistent availability during agreed hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quality webcam, and professional microphone.
