Renting Specialist

About the role

RENT is a growing organization offering streamlined, reliable rental services to individuals and businesses in Istanbul and beyond. It is looking for a full-time hybrid Renting specialist based in Istanbul, combining in-office work with some work-from-home flexibility. The role manages property listings, answers rental inquiries, coordinates viewings and supports prospective tenants through the application and contract process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and prepare and review rental documentation.
• Communicate with property owners and tenants to address their questions and requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep rental operations running smoothly.
• Monitor market trends and rental prices.
• Contribute to improvements in customer experience and internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills, able to deal professionally with tenants, property owners and colleagues.
• Organized and able to manage several listings, inquiries and follow-ups at once.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with awareness of relevant policies and regulations.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, both in the Istanbul office and from home.
• Prior experience in rentals, real estate, property management or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Turkish and working proficiency in English is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic administrative and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping and contract handling.
• Use of digital tools and office software such as email, spreadsheets and property management or CRM systems.
