About the role
We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in the Bomonti district of Istanbul. The successful candidate will handle hotel, flight and tour bookings, ensuring smooth interactions between customers, partners and suppliers while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hotel, airline and tour reservations using the SEJOUR system.
- Communicate professionally with customers and business partners throughout the booking process.
- Monitor pricing, availability and reservation status to provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date reservation records.
Required profile
- Available to work on‑site at our Istanbul office.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality or a travel agency.
- Fluent in English and Turkish with strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem‑solving mindset and strong interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the SEJOUR reservation system (mandatory).
