Reservation Executive

About the role

The Reservation Executive will manage individual and group booking requests for Rixos Tersane Istanbul, ensuring a seamless and luxury‑focused experience for guests. This position works closely with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email and online channels, creating and maintaining accurate guest profiles.
• Upsell and cross‑sell rooms, packages and promotions in line with revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management to optimise inventory utilisation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reservation reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate partners and internal departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reservation role within a luxury or 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with online booking channels.
