Reservation Executive

About the role

Rixos Hotels is looking for a Reservation Executive to join the team at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The role involves handling individual and group reservations across multiple channels while delivering a luxury, personalized experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain complete guest profiles, preferences and special requests in the PMS.
• Stay updated on room categories, rates, packages, promotions and hotel services.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products in line with revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management to optimise inventory and maximise revenue.
• Process payments, cancellations, amendments and protect guest data according to company policies.
• Handle VIP, corporate and special‑request bookings with confidentiality and high attention.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reservation reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate partners and internal departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Guest‑focused, sales‑driven mindset with a professional and warm service approach.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Experience using CRM systems and online booking channels.
