Retail Designer (POS) - Istanbul

About the role

Tag is looking for a Retail Designer to join its Middle East team, reporting to the Account Manager, Client Services. The role covers the end-to-end design process for retail projects and works closely with peers and the wider Tag team to exceed client expectations. The company serves blue-chip FTSE100 and Fortune 500 clients in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, beauty and CPG.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a 3D designer: develop design solutions aligned with a client's brand direction, present ideas clearly and keep budgets and execution in mind.
• Act as a strategist: work with senior colleagues to create market and client-specific strategies that help win and retain profitable, cost-effective relationships.
• Own each project from concept through development, producing visuals and production-ready drawings, including structural design, and manage the production process with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritise work to run several projects at once, coordinating with designers, creatives and engineers across Tag's global team.
• Lead the Tag mission in your market and, as the workload grows, build a small team to support you.
• Collaborate with industrial designers, graphic designers, developers, consultants and suppliers, and represent the Tag brand and values to clients.
• Take part in periodic market tours to stay up to date with trends and keep growing your knowledge of retail and design.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Product/Industrial Design or an equivalent design discipline.
• Design experience, preferably in retail, POSM, shopper marketing or brand activation.
• Experience creating 3D structural design solutions across different project types and scales.
• Experience producing visual design content and design documentation, including technical drawings, dimensions, material specifications and production details.
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, technical feasibility, logistics and implementation.
