Revenue Management Pricing Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Management Pricing Specialist supports profitable business growth at UPS by developing pricing strategies, analyzing incentive requests, and ensuring compliance with revenue management policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pricing and incentive strategies for customer accounts based on revenue, profitability, and market considerations.
• Review and analyze incentive requests for accuracy and alignment with UPS guidelines.
• Set Revenue Management targets and execute related activities.
• Define rate strategies and discount guidelines with district and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare and implement incentive agreements and pricing proposals.
• Support Sales in generating profitable revenue growth by processing bids accurately and on time.
• Benchmark pricing requests against competitive market rates.
• Perform financial and pricing analyses to support decisions.
• Administer contract management activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor pricing results and help implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue management, pricing, finance, marketing, sales or commercial analysis.
• Native-level Turkish and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
