Revenue Manager - Leased Hotels Turkey

About the role

Accor is looking for a Revenue Manager for its leased hotels in Turkey, based in Istanbul. The role develops and executes revenue management strategies to maximise revenue, profitability and market share, working closely with General Managers and commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers on annual commercial strategies, including business mix, seasonal and day-of-week pricing
• Monitor market trends, demand patterns, booking pace and pick-up, and recommend pricing actions
• Lead weekly Topline Meetings with hotel management teams, driving performance reviews and action plans
• Analyse KPIs such as ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR and RGI, and run competitor benchmarking on pricing, availability and performance
• Prepare segment, revenue and occupancy forecasts using revenue management systems and business intelligence tools
• Make daily pricing, inventory, distribution, rate restriction and group quotation decisions, and optimise channels
• Ensure revenue strategies are implemented correctly across distribution channels and departments, keeping data integrity in PMS, RMS and other systems
• Review and optimise revenue management systems, tools and processes, and coach and train colleagues

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Revenue Management role in hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, and strong written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound commercial decisions
• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service where applicable

Required skills

• Solid understanding of revenue management, pricing, forecasting and demand analysis
• Hands-on experience with PMS, RMS, Channel Manager and other revenue management applications
• Advanced Excel and reporting and BI tools
