Revenue & Reservation Manager

About the role

The Revenue & Reservation Manager will support the Director of Revenue Management in developing long‑term business plans, managing the revenue budget, and driving incremental profit across all revenue centres of Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. The role also ensures optimal reservation performance and contributes to guest satisfaction and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Revenue Management on long‑term business plans and manage the revenue management budget processes.
• Prepare revenue management meetings, providing insights based on reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to increase profit across all revenue centres.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, optimise pricing and inventory, and coordinate with the reservations team to ensure optimal bookings.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior team members in reservation and royal service management practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and front‑office teams to achieve revenue goals and drive initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Revenue Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel revenue management or reservations experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred; pre‑opening hotel experience and experience within Accor or international hospitality brands are advantages.
