Reward & Benefits Specialist – Turkey

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a Reward & Benefits Specialist to support the execution of its reward and recognition strategy in Turkey. The role will work closely with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to deliver benefit schemes, salary benchmarking, and the annual reward review cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Annual Reward Review process, including salary reviews, bonuses and share plans, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct market research on compensation trends and new initiatives to assess labour market dynamics and cost implications.
• Maintain accurate reward and organisational effectiveness data in collaboration with HR Operations and Business Partners.
• Test and support the implementation of compensation and variable‑pay modules within online systems.
• Apply reward policies to routine tasks and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation such as guidelines and process notes.
• Use data‑analytics tools to interpret reward data and recommend process improvements.
• Respond to reward‑related queries and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support the implementation of VOIS reward strategy aligned with Vodafone Group policies.
• Assist with International Mobility processes to ensure smooth completion.
• Contribute to projects within the reward and benefits area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR function, preferably in reward, compensation or benefits.
• Familiarity with salary review cycles, variable‑pay calculations and mobility support.
• Experience in vendor management with good negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of the Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System and salary surveys.
