Road Freight Operations Specialist – Import/Export

About the role

Raminatrans Logistics is seeking a dynamic Road Freight Operations Specialist to oversee import and export road freight activities. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, carriers, and overseas agents, ensuring shipments move smoothly across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international road freight import and export operations from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to schedule and monitor shipments.
• Plan and track Full‑Truck‑Load (FTL), Less‑Than‑Truck‑Load (LTL), and groupage shipments.
• Follow up on customs procedures and ensure all transport documentation is accurate and complete.
• Provide regular operational updates and status reports to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international road freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of import and export processes, including customs documentation.
• Experience handling FTL, LTL, and groupage transportation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
