Royal Service Operator

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and empathetic Royal Service Operator to join our team at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor in Istanbul. You will be the voice of the hotel, delivering exceptional phone support to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Listen attentively to inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Document interactions in our customer service software.
• Collaborate with team members on complex needs and escalate priority issues.
• Stay informed about products, services, and policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and meet performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Turkish.
• Strong active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast‑paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and on‑site in Istanbul.
