Sales Account Manager

About the role

Eclit is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to expand its customer portfolio and deepen relationships with existing clients. You will act as the bridge between customers and our technical teams, delivering tailored IT solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture a new customer portfolio with regular prospect visits.
• Maintain long‑term strategic relationships with existing accounts while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and pricing strategies.
• Present Eclit’s Managed Services, Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Infrastructure, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Virtualization offerings.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Monitor contract renewals and ensure continuity of service.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, forecast sales, and report on KPIs.
• Partner with project, delivery, and operations teams for seamless onboarding and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate sales experience in IT or related sectors.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
