Sales and Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive new‑logo acquisition and grow existing enterprise accounts for Experteam’s Oracle‑based ERP solutions. The role is based in Istanbul and combines high‑energy prospecting with long‑term relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking and participation in industry events.
• Close new‑logo enterprise deals across the Oracle Fusion Cloud and E‑Business Suite portfolio (≈70% of activity).
• Own and expand a portfolio of existing clients through renewals, upsell and cross‑sell initiatives (≈30%).
• Manage multiple long‑sales‑cycle opportunities simultaneously, engaging CFOs, CIOs, CHROs, procurement and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to C‑level audiences in Turkish and English.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract processes and partner co‑sell activities with Oracle field teams.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, consulting and support teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.
• Report on pipeline, forecasts and key metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record of hunting and closing new‑logo enterprise deals, preferably in ERP or cloud solutions.
• Comfortable navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6‑15 months.
• Strong commercial ownership and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with ability to present to C‑level executives.
