Sales and Service Operation Specialist – Robotics Division

About the role

Stäubli, a global industrial and mechatronic solution provider, is looking for a Sales and Service Operation Specialist for its Robotics Division in Turkey. The role coordinates sales, service and operational administration activities, prepares technical and commercial proposals for robot configurations and supports the team with quotations, orders and invoicing. It is based in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for robot configurations and direct sales, working with overseas production teams.
• Localize Stäubli robots in Turkey, manage service requests and oversee spare parts processes.
• Coordinate with international production units and manage critical stock and consignment stocks.
• Fulfill orders for robots and spare parts, ensuring timely shipment and invoicing.
• Create and manage quotations, records, sales and service orders in SAP and CRM systems.
• Manage service requests, including feasibility studies, installations, training, field services, preventive maintenance and warranty services.
• Support service and application training requests and record them in the CRM system.
• Support robot and service sales, including marketing communication, and prepare quotations for workshop and field service activities.
• Follow up open orders and invoicing, and review, control and approve division-related invoices before submitting them to Finance.
• Support intercompany activities with other Stäubli entities and coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics and international teams.
• Provide remote administrative and operational support to other units in the South West Europe Region from the employee's place of work in Turkey.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP and CRM platforms; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with regular contact with international managers and colleagues.
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul; for male candidates, military service must be completed.
• Strong coordination, planning and communication skills, organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an international, remote environment.
