Sales Assistant – Fragrance (Women/Men)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our fragrance portfolio, handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers and the sales manager. The role is based in Istanbul and contributes to the growth of our Argeville and International Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Monitor client financial status and follow up on payments.
• Prepare and track R&D project proposals, sample offers and quotations.
• Enter, process and monitor customer orders from inception to delivery.
• Assist the sales manager in organizing client visits, including sample preparation, visa requests, hotel and restaurant bookings, and meeting room arrangements.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in the perfumery sector.
• Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers.
• Good understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) and payment tools.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; Russian is a plus.
• Rigorous, responsible, autonomous with strong organizational and listening abilities.
