Sales Assistant (Spanish) – 12‑month role in Denizli

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Sales Assistant to support our commercial expansion in Denizli, Turkey. This 12‑month on‑site position involves direct customer interaction, quotation preparation, and coordination with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Prepare quotations, offers, and commercial invoices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records and customer database.
• Follow up on orders, shipments, and pending payments.
• Coordinate with accounting and logistics teams for order processing.
• Support the team in creating sales reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Sales or Marketing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong sales, marketing, administrative management and customer‑service abilities.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
