Sales Controller, On Premise

About the role

The On Premise Controller will manage forecasting, planning and month‑end closing of Net Sales Value for on‑premise channels, ensuring alignment with Group Controlling Guidelines. The role requires strong analytical and communication abilities to understand channel, customer and product mix effects.

Key responsibilities

• Own on‑premise NSV, translate commercial strategy into budget and forecasts, and build driver‑based models for volume, price/mix, and trade spend.
• Design and automate channel reporting (sales, NSV, gross‑to‑net waterfall, mix, profitability, ROI) and lead month‑end close with accruals and variance analysis.
• Evaluate contracts with key accounts and distributors, support negotiations with financial models, and assist promo pre‑approval processes.
• Maintain data integrity in CPM, reconcile outputs with SAP/BI, and ensure master data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably Sales/Commercial Controlling or FP&A.
• Strong work ethic, analytical mindset, solution‑oriented attitude, and excellent communication in Turkish and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Business Intelligence tools and CPM (Customer Profitability Management).
