Sales Development Representative – Enterprise

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative – Enterprise at Deel, you will help break into new accounts and build relationships across multiple contacts within target customer segments. You will work closely with the broader sales team, conduct market research, and qualify leads to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads that become opportunities and closed business.
• Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Identify and understand lead generation processes, support marketing activities, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.
• Create email sequences, make cold calls, and map/penetrate accounts.
• Conduct follow‑up communications until meetings are set.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote team environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (preferred).
