Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a rapidly growing company, solarVis is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its Business Development Team in Ankara, located in the relaxed and vibrant environment of ODTÜ TEKNOKENT. You will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach to decision‑makers across international markets, helping to expand the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Execute heavy daily outbound calling campaigns to decision‑makers (Owners, Sales Directors, Operations Managers) across international target markets.
• Handle objections on the spot, navigating gatekeepers, delivering impromptu pitches, and addressing skepticism.
• Combine high‑volume phone outreach with strategic email sequences and LinkedIn social selling to maximise connection rates.
• Rapidly assess inbound and outbound prospects against the ideal customer profile to ensure strong pipeline alignment.
• Articulate solarVis’s core value proposition clearly and persuasively during live calls.
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings for Account Executives and maintain meticulous, real‑time records of all interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• Based in Ankara, Turkey.
• At least 1 year of B2B SaaS or digital product sales experience.
• Strong storytelling skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and tech‑savvy.
