Sales Executive – Drive Growth in Istanbul

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will increase revenues by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory, developing programs that maximize sales volume and align with projections.

Key responsibilities

• Create, organize, and manage strategic territory and account plans to meet revenue, volume, price, and mix targets.
• Uncover customer requirements, present tailored value propositions, and provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, and quotes.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and screening techniques.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships with effective visits, follow‑ups, and exceptional service.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory performance using SWOT analysis and accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in apparel, textile or printing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Valid driving licence with no travel restrictions.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking and goal‑oriented account management.
