Sales Executive - HORECA Channel

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Nestlé Waters team in Istanbul on a permanent basis. The role focuses on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Café/Catering) channel, building relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels and local chains and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers in the HORECA channel and identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and meet channel objectives consistently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, local chains and other HORECA customers.
• Negotiate customer agreements in line with company objectives and KPIs.
• Manage trade terms, discount structures and commercial agreements while managing risk.
• Carry out profitability analyses to support sustainable growth.
• Retain existing customers and acquire new business.
• Monitor competitors and share market insights.
• Deliver retail execution excellence standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA or FMCG.
• Proven field sales and customer management experience.
• Strong network and customer relationships in the HORECA channel.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, profitability analysis and risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a solid understanding of sales functions and processes.
