Sales Executive

About the role

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Sales Executive to develop its B2B client base in the Istanbul region. The role involves researching the market, preparing visit plans, and managing the full sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research of the assigned sales region to identify potential customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly visit plans and report on activities.
• Visit customers and prospects with a sales‑oriented approach.
• Draft proposals, follow up weekly, and maintain progress reports.
• Use CRM actively to track leads, proposals, closed sales, and visits.
• Provide market information to superiors for business development decisions.
• Represent Eurofins at industry events and monitor relevant happenings.
• Handle after‑sales tasks such as contracting, ordering, and collection.
• Participate in projects to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or an MBA).
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in a related industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Active driving record with a B‑Class driving licence.
• No restrictions on local or international travel and no military obligation.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of sales reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Active use of CRM systems for sales funnel management.
