Sales Operations Intern

About the role

Medtronic Türkiye is looking for a Sales Operations Intern in Ankara. You will join a team where sales, customer engagement and data analytics combine to support better business decisions and a better customer experience. You will work closely with Sales, Clinical, Marketing and other cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on exposure to commercial operations, healthcare business processes and data-driven insights. The internship starts in December 2026, lasts 6 months (extendable), is 40 hours per week and is fully onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists during customer visits, meetings and educational activities.
• Help with customer follow-up, presentations, quotations and commercial documentation.
• Collect, organise, validate and analyse sales and customer data to support business insights.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and performance tracking tools using Excel and other analytics platforms.
• Support sales performance analysis and help identify trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights and improve decision-making.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent Turkish and good command of English (at least B2 upper-intermediate).
• Interest in healthcare, medical technology, commercial operations and data analytics.
• Willingness to travel and support field activities when required.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• A plus: experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools, and exposure to sales, reporting or business analytics through study or practice.
