Sales Representative – Industry

About the role

Sika is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the Marmara Region, focusing on commercial vehicle manufacturers such as trucks, buses, trailers and specialty vehicles. The role combines technical sales, business development and project coordination to grow market share and meet profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit commercial vehicle manufacturers regularly and monitor projects within the assigned portfolio.
• Achieve the annual regional sales budget by supporting existing business and developing new project opportunities.
• Identify potential customers, analyse technical requirements and recommend suitable Sika bonding, sealing and damping solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, evaluate RFQs and lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules and payment collection with Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility and data entry in SAP and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience with chemical solutions such as adhesives and sealants.
• Previous technical sales or business development experience in transportation, automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong customer relationship management and project‑based sales capabilities.
• Valid Class B driving licence, native‑level Turkish and good English proficiency.
