Sales Representative – Retrofit Market

About the role

Haegele is looking for a Sales Representative to generate sales and turnover of products in the retrofit market and to enable its dealer, partner and importer sales channels. The position reports to the CEO in Turkey, and the role is based on the corporate values of honesty, commitment, togetherness, courage, humility and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and partners: technical product consultations, fan design advice, spare parts consultation, problem solving and customer satisfaction surveys
• Create, track and control offers and quotes for Haegele items, kits, fans and spare parts, and for smaller OEMs or OEMs serviced by partners
• Win, develop and train customers, partners and importers; support partners in supporting their OEMs; plan and coordinate customer visits
• Participate in national exhibitions, trade fairs and congresses, and open new markets and countries
• Check customer data for completeness, coordinate needs and adjustments with other departments and document special requests, including extra effort and costs
• Document knowledge and share expertise with colleagues and interfaces, and collaborate on cross-departmental projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical course, or a commercial/technical apprenticeship with technical experience
• Ideally initial experience in off-highway vehicles (agriculture, construction, forestry, municipal, railway) and in sales
• Ideally initial experience with ERP systems
• Team-oriented, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technology
• Willingness to travel at least one week per month on average
• English at least B1; Arabic at least B1; other languages are an advantage
