Sales Representative - Travel & Tourism

About the role

SENKA TURİZM is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative (Satış Temsilcisi) in Istanbul. The person will proactively engage with existing and potential customers, present travel and tourism services, prepare and follow up on offers and close sales in line with company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and give detailed information about tour packages and services
• Prepare and follow up on offers and manage reservations
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track market trends and competitor activity and share feedback to improve sales strategies
• Meet performance goals and follow company policies and ethical standards

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in tourism, travel or related service industries
• Fluency in Turkish and good command of English; other languages are an advantage
• Vocational school or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Goal-focused, resilient in handling objections and motivated to reach sales targets

• Strong customer relationship skills, active listening and clear communication
• Solid organization and time management, with attention to detail in documentation
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM or reservation systems; quick learner of new tools
