Sales Specialist – Branding & Creative Agency

About the role

MarkaWorks is looking for a Sales Specialist to join its team at the Antalya office and actively develop new business opportunities in both national and international markets. You will research and identify potential clients, initiate contact, understand their needs and turn new opportunities into projects. The role suits a proactive, results-driven person who can build strong client relationships and contribute to the agency's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in national and international markets, and independently find, qualify and approach them.
• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and digital channels.
• Initiate communication, manage client conversations and present branding, packaging, digital and creative services.
• Manage proposals, negotiations and follow-up, and convert qualified leads into projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track the sales pipeline, follow-ups and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative and project management teams so that sales lead smoothly to project delivery.
• Work toward defined sales targets and contribute to the business development strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development or client relations, preferably in a creative agency or service-based business.
• Native-level English and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and highly organized, able to work independently and in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Interest in branding, design, marketing and the creative industries.
• Willingness to work full-time on site in the Antalya office; remote work is not offered.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach and other digital communication tools.
• Ability to analyze client needs and identify business opportunities.
