Sales Specialist (Italian Speaking)

About the role

EsteNove, a leading health tourism provider in Istanbul, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Specialists to support international patients seeking hair transplantation, dental and aesthetic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Contact international patients to understand their medical needs and convert inquiries into sales.
• Build trust‑based relationships and manage the sales process using CRM software.
• Present healthcare packages, provide price quotations and coordinate personalized treatment plans with doctors.
• Ensure patients receive high‑quality care throughout their medical journey, from consultation to after‑care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare field advantageous but not required).
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (or Turkish) for internal communication.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the health tourism sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Open to feedback, committed to personal development and passionate about sales as a lifestyle.
