Sales Team Leader

About the role

Lead, inspire and grow a high‑performing international sales team for Grand Clinic, a medical tourism company delivering aesthetic and medical treatments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of International Sales Specialists, setting clear targets and ensuring KPI achievement.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and team productivity, providing coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Improve sales processes, support high‑value international patients and ensure effective lead follow‑up across phone, WhatsApp and CRM.
• Analyse results, prepare reports for management and collaborate with other departments to keep the patient journey smooth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and build a competitive, accountable culture.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in medical tourism, healthcare, hospitality or travel.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Specialist.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, conversion rates and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities with a target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop sales professionals in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
