Pozisyon Hakkında

Maltepe Piazza Park projesi için, ana yüklenici ile tüm saha koordinasyonunu üstlenebilecek, inisiyatif sahibi ve deneyimli bir Şantiye Şefi aranıyor. Pozisyon İstanbul Maltepe'de yer alıyor.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Ana yüklenici firmanın günlük saha süreçlerinde doğrudan ve tek muhatabı olmak
Saha operasyonlarını ve taşeron ekiplerini yönetmek
Ana yükleniciden gelen talepleri takip ederek sonuçlandırmak
Operasyonel sorunları bağımsız çözmek, sadece kritik konuları üst yönetime raporlamak
İş programı, kalite ve termin süreçlerini takip etmek

Aranan Profil

İnşaat Mühendisliği veya Mimarlık mezunu
Şantiye yönetiminde 7 yıl deneyim
İnce işler saha yönetiminde tecrübeli
Taşeron yönetimi, iş programı, metraj ve hakediş süreçlerine hakim
İletişim, müzakere ve ekip yönetimi becerileri güçlü
