About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Consultant (Stylist) for the Florentina Village store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining fashion expertise, brand heritage, and the Levi’s service approach.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfits that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with the Levi’s service philosophy.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience and engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment, ensuring compliance with store standards.
• Execute store procedures and adhere to all Levi’s policies, directives, and programs.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and ladder work.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
