About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Sales Consultant to join our international medical tourism team in Istanbul. You will communicate with patients worldwide and guide them through the entire sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone calls and online channels.
- Follow up leads, manage the sales process from initial contact to booking, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate patient and sales information in our CRM system.
Required profile
- Fluent English (additional languages such as Portuguese, Polish, French, Romanian or Spanish are a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales and persuasion skills.
- Experience in medical tourism or healthcare is an advantage.
