About the role

At Atasun Optik, a leading retailer in the optical sector, we are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our İzmir store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our premium eyewear collections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a flawless buying experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets based on defined KPIs.
• Support daily operational processes within the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed about new collections.

Required profile

• Preferably experienced in retail sales, especially in the optical or fashion sector.
• Strong persuasion and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve performance.
