About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Specialist to join our dental hospital’s health‑tourism team. The role focuses on establishing first contact with potential patients, providing detailed information about dental services, and ensuring a smooth treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective patients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Deliver comprehensive information about dental procedures and expected outcomes.
• Manage patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on treatment progress.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate translation, accommodation, and transportation services.
• Achieve or exceed performance targets while adhering to company policies.
• Facilitate communication between doctors and patients when required.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience in tele‑sales or call‑center environments, preferably in health tourism.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken); additional languages such as French, German, Arabic, Persian, or Russian are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, clear diction, and persuasive ability.
• Solution‑oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Resident of Istanbul.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
