Scientific Engagement Partner

About the role

The Scientific Engagement Partner is a field‑based Medical Affairs position focused on Breast Cancer. You will act as a scientific catalyst, building strong scientific belief among Therapeutic Area Experts and guiding the integration of innovative therapies into clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate ~80% of time to direct field engagements and develop regional account plans.
• Conduct strategic scientific profiling, segmentation, and mapping of key centers and TAEs.
• Provide peer‑to‑peer education to oncologists, pharmacists, and nurses on administration protocols and sub‑cutaneous formulations.
• Establish early scientific foundations for pipeline molecules by mapping referral networks and communicating clinical rationale.
• Identify unmet medical needs, create scientific urgency, and accelerate appropriate clinical integration of innovative therapies.
• Collect insights from TAEs during visits and share with internal units.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Roche codes of conduct in all activities.

Required profile

• Medical, pharmacy or dentistry degree.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Field experience preferred with proven strategic account planning and TAE partnership building.
• Strong communication and clinical engagement skills to create scientific belief.
• Ability to think strategically, act as a system thinker and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Robust ethical mindset with understanding of compliance principles and regulations.
