Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Clinked, a SaaS platform delivering secure, white‑label client portals, is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist. You will own the organic growth strategy, boosting visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions across traditional and AI‑powered search.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical, on‑page, off‑page, and AI search optimisation (AIO/GEO).
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and search‑intent research to uncover high‑value growth opportunities.
• Optimise product, industry, use‑case, comparison, and content pages for rankings, visibility, and conversions.
• Manage technical SEO aspects such as crawling, indexing, internal linking, redirects, structured data, site architecture, and overall site health.
• Lead off‑page authority‑building initiatives, including high‑quality link acquisition, digital PR, strategic partnerships, outreach, and competitor backlink analysis.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and development teams to plan and implement SEO improvements.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI‑driven search developments, and emerging SEO opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven SEO experience with measurable results in organic traffic, rankings, or conversions.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
• Practical experience with AI Search Optimisation (AIO/GEO) and emerging AI‑driven search.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritise opportunities based on commercial impact.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with experience collaborating across marketing, content, and development.
