About the role
As a Specialist at Apple Retail you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping people discover and own Apple products and services. This seasonal, part‑time position focuses on building brand loyalty through personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate Apple products, services, and purchase options.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple product offerings, services, and sales processes.
- Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidance.
- Provide customer service across various store areas as needed.
Required profile
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays, with reliable attendance.
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about Apple and third‑party products.
- Trustworthiness with sensitive or confidential information.
