About the role

As a Seasonal Specialist at Apple Retail you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping people discover and own Apple products and services. This part‑time position is focused on building brand loyalty through personalized service.

Key responsibilities

Understand customer needs, present relevant Apple products and services, and educate them on purchase options.
Stay up‑to‑date on Apple product offerings, services, and sales processes.
Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities.
Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidance.
Provide customer service across other store areas as needed.

Required profile

Flexible availability for nights, weekends and public holidays, with reliable attendance.
Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
