About the role
Raffles Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for its guests. The successful candidate will work on‑site, applying a proactive and detail‑oriented approach to maintain the highest safety standards in a luxury hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce security policies.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.
- Assist guests and staff with security‑related inquiries and support.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
- Valid Private Security License issued by Turkish authorities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically fit to perform duties that may require standing, walking, and rapid response.
