Senior Account Executive & AI Consultant – Turkey

About the role

Watira.ai is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive & AI Consultant to drive AI and digital transformation sales in the Turkish market while providing strategic consulting to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI advisory and digital transformation engagements, including workshops, discovery sessions and AI opportunity assessments.
• Build and manage a qualified AI and digital transformation sales pipeline, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth across large enterprises and public‑sector organisations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, technology consulting or enterprise technology sales.
• Proven track record of generating opportunities, building pipelines and achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Turkish and English with strong C‑level engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to travel across Turkey for customer meetings and onsite engagements.

• Experience with Microsoft AI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Cloud AI or similar enterprise AI platforms.
