Senior Account Executive (FINPRO)

About the role

Marsh Turkey is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to lead the FINPRO department in Istanbul. You will manage a portfolio of financial insurance clients, delivering tailored solutions and supporting both local and regional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy support for Financial Insurance Lines and advise senior stakeholders on complex matters.
• Manage client portfolios, administer existing insurance contracts, and ensure compliance with Marsh standards.
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions across D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber, and Marine Cargo.
• Respond to client requests for policy renewal, modification, or new consultancy services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finpro, corporate insurance, or brokerage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
