Senior Account Manager, Field Sales

About the role

The ADI regional sales team is looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to support regional accounts in Turkey and the MENA region. You will develop strategies to grow design wins, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable revenue growth while collaborating with Field Applications Engineers and Business Unit specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to understand product and architecture developments.
• Plan and ensure ADI product design‑in, increase market share, and drive end‑to‑end sales processes from opportunity identification to design‑win.
• Identify new business opportunities, startups, and key accounts, and generate upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with global account teams, technical support, marketing, product management, and internal sales to deliver solutions.
• Visit customers regularly, attend trade shows, and provide accurate reporting in line with internal guidelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of key account or global account management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Technical sales experience with major or key accounts, preferably in aerospace, defense, or RF technologies.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital semiconductor applications.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Valid driving licence and passport for travel (up to 50% travel required).

Required skills

• Analog and mixed‑signal semiconductor expertise.
• Electronic engineering background (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc).
• Experience with RF technologies.
