Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our key accounts in Turkey. You will be the main point of contact for existing and prospective customers, responsible for the full renewal lifecycle and driving expansion revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with Turkish customers and act as their primary liaison.
• Own the renewal process: monitor contract dates, conduct early‑warning outreach and secure timely, favorable renewals, including large strategic deals.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to understand client needs, identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and feed them into the sales pipeline.
• Apply structured value‑selling, persona‑based selling and objection‑handling techniques throughout renewal and expansion conversations.
• Detect churn risk early and implement retention plans to prevent cancellations or downgrades.
• Collaborate closely with contracts, project and support teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs and timely delivery of customer requests.
• Contribute to business development by spotting new opportunities within existing accounts and sharing market feedback with internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within tax technology, SaaS or related B2B environments.
• Proven track record of managing renewals, upselling and churn prevention.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
