About the role
Join Bosch to develop control software that impacts mobility, consumer goods, industrial and energy technologies worldwide. You will work on innovative solutions that improve quality of life across the globe.
Key responsibilities
- Develop control software based on product and process requirements.
- Discuss and define concepts with internal and external developers.
- Design, document, and implement software—including unit tests—according to defined architecture.
- Implement new features using Simulink, C++, DSL, and Python.
- Release software versions following quality procedures.
- Create automated tests and build features to boost workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with Bosch Home Comfort departments worldwide to align specifications.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes and methods.
Required profile
- BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and hands‑on attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience with Agile development is a plus.
