Senior Backend Developer

About the role

Jotform is seeking a Senior Backend Developer for its Ankara office located in Hacettepe University Teknokent. You will join a fast‑growing SaaS company serving 35 million users worldwide, working closely with product, front‑end, DevOps and design teams to deliver high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with product management, front‑end developers, DevOps and designers.
• Design, build and deploy new features for Jotform.
• Deliver solutions in a continuous integration flow to production serving millions of users.
• Review and iterate architecture to ensure scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in PHP.
• Familiarity with distributed systems programming.
• Experience with SaaS and high‑traffic applications preferred.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and other web technologies.
• Solid grasp of OOP principles.
• Working experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Ability to write high‑performance, maintainable, reusable code.
• Excellent command of English.
