Senior Budget and Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to lead our periodic budgeting and forecasting processes, provide actionable financial insights, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead periodic budget and forecast processes, continuously improving them.
• Prepare and analyse P&L statements, delivering insights for management.
• Conduct expense and cost analysis, ensuring alignment with budget and managing relevant accounts.
• Prepare presentations for Executive and Board meetings, communicating financial performance and projections.
• Propose, develop, and track efficiency‑focused projects related to budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare and track OPEX/CAPEX reporting for effective financial management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budget and financial reporting (including at least 2 years in an Independent Audit Firm is a plus).
• Experience in QSR, retail or similar sectors is an asset.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, open to development and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with SAP (experience is an asset).
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
• Professional level English.
