Senior Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, develop innovative business models, and support strategic growth initiatives across digital platforms and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business and revenue opportunities across digital platforms, technology, and digital services.
• Develop new products, services, business models, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, P&L projections, financial models, revenue and cost forecasts, and ROI analyses.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and market opportunity assessments.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, pricing structures, and partnership evaluation.
• Coordinate development and implementation of new products, services, and strategic projects.
• Monitor financial and commercial performance of initiatives and present recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3‑4+ years of experience in business development, strategy, commercial analysis, or new product development, preferably in technology or digital services.
• Proven ability to independently develop financial feasibility studies, business cases, P&L models, and ROI analyses.
• Strong analytical, commercial acumen, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and effective stakeholder management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
