Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join its Turkey team. The role is fully home‑based, allowing you to focus on one to two oncology studies and become a protocol expert while enjoying a balanced work‑life schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH‑GCP and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate study set‑up activities, including investigator identification, regulatory submissions, pre‑study and initiation visits.
• Identify potential study risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain high quality and outcome standards.

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health‑related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of CRA experience in CRO or pharma/biotech, with oncology and CAR‑T monitoring background.
• Calm, detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of handling conflict and unexpected situations.

Required skills

• ICH‑GCP knowledge.
• Oncology monitoring and CAR‑T experience.
• Regulatory submission preparation.
• Proficiency with computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets and standard office software.
