Senior Credit Controller

About the role

The Senior Credit Controller is responsible for monitoring, controlling and reporting the financial risk and guarantee status of customers. The role ensures smooth communication between customers, sales, accounting, logistics and banking partners while maintaining accurate transaction records.

Key responsibilities

• Track monthly sales figures, prepare collection tables and report sales realizations.
• Control interest costs, early payment calculations and limit releases.
• Perform manual invoice calculations for price differences and discount changes.
• Manage seasonal trade terms, calculations and setup.
• Conduct periodic (monthly, quarterly) customer reconciliations and maintain customer master data.
• Regularly review customer accounts, prepare bi‑weekly and monthly account details, and settle accounts.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on account balances and debt for sales points under contract.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration with a finance focus.
• Minimum 2 years of controlling experience in a finance department.
• Strong analytical abilities, multitasking skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP (asset).
